Welcome to garage.5. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Overview

  • garage.5 specializes in manufacturing and selling 1:64 scale 3D-printed custom parts, and display items.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Trademark & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

  • garage.5 produces aftermarket 3D-printed parts designed for 1:64 scale custom diecast vehicles.
  • garage.5 is an independent brand and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Mattel, Inc. (Hot Wheels, Matchbox), Spin Master, or any motor vehicle manufacturers.
  • Any brand names, vehicle model names, or trademarks mentioned are used purely for scale, fitment, and compatibility reference purposes.

3. Product Nature & Safety Warnings

  • Handmade & 3D Printed: Due to the nature of 3D printing (Resin/PLA/PETG,CF), minor variations, light support marks, or tiny imperfections may occur. Parts are shipped ready for standard post-processing (sanding, priming, painting, and installation).
  • Fragility: 1:64 scale parts are microscopic and detailed, making them delicate. They are meant for adult customizers, collectors, and display models—not heavy rough play.
  • ⚠️ Choking Hazard: Our products contain tiny parts. They are NOT toys and are NOT suitable for children under the age of 14. Keep out of reach of young children and pets.

4. Pricing, Orders, & Cancellations

  • All prices are listed in [USD] and exclude shipping and applicable taxes until checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Cancellations must be requested before order printing or production begins.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of 3D printing, all sales on custom or printed-to-order parts are final.
  • Transit Damage: If your order arrives broken or crushed due to mail delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can process a Feedback results.

7. Limitation of Liability

garage.5 shall not be liable for any damage to your personal diecast cars, tools, or physical injuries (e.g., cuts from hobby knives, resin dust inhalation during sanding, or drill bit damage) that occur during the installation or modification process of our products. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when sanding or handling uncured materials.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
